Pilates done with an experienced instructor & a personalised approach can be amazing for helping to heal the body during postpartum especially if you have diastasis recti, pelvic floor issues, postural imbalances & general weakness which are all very common after having a baby. SP has recently had a baby & knows what a drastic change the body goes through both physically & mentally. She has been training pre/ postnatal ladies for over 16 years & is very passionate about ensuring you get specialised care & attention during your recovery journey as there is minimal support & guidance available to mamas during such a life changing time.
