Private training is great to do throughout Pregnancy & after baby arrives. Exercises are considered & appropriate for each stage of the pregnancy & postpartum journey to ensure you are working out safely with good technique. Stella has had over 16 years of experience working with pregnant & postnatal women & is passionate about making sure you feel guided & supported. Your workouts will be tailored to keep you strong & supple during this special time. Please email for private training pricing & booking info.
