Enjoy private training in our new boutique studio on Richmond Road. Sessions will use the full range of the most premium Pilates equipment from the US to ensure you get optimal results from your workouts . At the studio we use the Pilates reformer, cadillac, chair, ladder barrel & mat along with other props to help tone, sculpt & lengthen the entire body. You can choose to do private 1:1 training or shared 2:1 duet sessions & small group classes are available at the studio. Availability is limited.
