The Pilates Trapeze or also know as the Cadillac is a classic piece of equipment that was originally designed by Joseph Pilates as a way to strengthen, lengthen & rehabilitate. It has a variety of spring based resistance that works every muscle in the body along with a strong focus primarily on deep core/ power house strength & control.
The exercises range from basic to advanced, making it a very versatile piece of equipment.
