The Pilates ladder barrel is an amazing classic piece of equipment designed by Joseph Pilates. Great for all levels of workouts, there are a variety of exercises can be performed on it from deep stretches, postural exercises to more advanced spine extensions, handstands, inversions & side sit-ups!
The ladder barrel can be both assistive for stretching but also great for challenging the deep core. The short box series with climb a tree are classic exercises that can be great performed on the ladder barrel to help with spine mobility & core strength.
